THIS is what fitness has been for me - a spiritual + physical = healing experience at the same time.
Growing up in Alaska, I didn’t have a choice whether or not I was going to work outside and move my body, a lot!
By transcending my physical discomfort as a child, I connected with my spirit, intuition, higher self…
Whatever you call the deeper inner wisdom we’re all born with.
Like most kids I wanted to create a different life for myself.
Looking back, I can see the Universe provided a perfect early outdoor adventure bootcamp so I could become the teacher I am today.
