Think you CAN’T dance?
Dance is not a skill set. It's the embodiment of surrender.
Your body already knows how to dance, it's your brain that's feels afraid you might look silly.
You will - that's the point.
People will judge because when they see you in full self expression, what they perceive as anger... is really their own shame. Looking back at them in the mirror that is YOU.
It takes courage to be yourself in a world that's conditioned you to act like a high achieving, privileged white man.
The best way to ensure there's no shame in your game, is to MOVE, SHAKE and DANCE.
In EX SCI we call this type of workout "SOMATIC" meaning it happens in the body, not the brain.
Somatic movement helps to clear old "stories" caught in your body on a cellular level. So you can move on and be your most ultimate self... without all the talking to a stranger who's just there for the paycheck and Pharma Drugs.
